Our Factory
The Company has total assets of 150 million yuan, more than 400 employees (including 48 researchers and 102 other professionals holding college degrees). Our plant covers a total area of 58,000 square meters, and has 76 sets of fully-automatic production equipment, with daily production capacity of 400,000 pcs. We have independently developed automatic disc retrieval/stringingequipment andΦ230 fully-automatic testing units, and have built three 52.5-meter long computer-controlled electric heating tunnel hardening furnace production lines, the longest of their kind in the world, in order to ensure the stable quality of our products by closely monitoring the temperature at all key areas at all times.
Our Team
Our professional research and development team has focused on the innovation and upgrading of products to meet customer demands. We treat quality as our lifeblood, and have established a quality information traceability system for the whole manufacturing process, from the inspection of raw materials to the delivery of finished products. We have a well-equipped raw material laboratory to test all incoming raw materials as the first step of our quality control process. Incoming materials cannot be put into warehouse until they pass the quality test. Product mesh is dipped in glue and trimmed by us, and can be used at any time according to the order schedule.
Quality Assurance
The raw materials are mixed and screened in the workshop, and then enter the production process only after they are tested to meet the standards. Each production machine is attended by a professional to test the semifinished products. After the products are hardened, physical and performance tests are carried out on samples at a certain ratio. For all orders, samples are retained and test records are filed, allowing each batch of contracts to be made retrievable. Each product is visually inspected prior to packaging to achieve zero-defect packaging and storage before the products enter the warehouse. We use test workpieces imported from the European market to ensure compliance with customer standards, and test our products in strict compliance with technical specifications to prevent any non-conforming products from being delivered to our customers.
We have taken the lead in obtaining certifications of the ISO9001, ISO14001, OHSAS 18001, and MPA systems in the industry in China. We have been approved to join the China Machine Tool and Tool Builders' Association and have been rated as a “High-tech Enterprise in Hebei“ and a “Well-Performing Enterprise in Hebei“. We have also obtained several patents of our products, such as the Swing Automatic Grinding Wheel Formation Machine.
