125mm 5" Zirconium Flap Discs for Metal Stainless Steel Sanding
Suitable for 125mm angle grinders.Hard wearing and durable.
High stock removal on coarse grits, performs well on stainless steel. Zirconia inherent feature of cooler cutting when grinding makes it a much more durable and hard wearing grain than aluminium oxide and less likely to discolour stainless steel. Hole size 22.23mm Also available in grit sizes: P40, 80, 120.
1- T27 flat shape for grinding and finishing at a small angle(up to 15°)
2- T29 conical shape for grinding at an angle of 15~25°,apply on curved and more difficult to access areas as well as face and surface grinding.
Applications: Stainless steel, Normal steels, Alloy steels, Non-ferrous metals and their alloys.

1.What tests should be performed on an Abrasive Wheel? And how do you inspect and test an Abrasive Wheel?
As you know,Abrasive wheels must be marked in accordance with Annex A of BS EN 12413.
Every size of Grinding discs correspond to the specified maximum safe working speed, and must reach the rotation strength value mentioned on the lable.
Usually we will do static balance test on the grinding wheel, rotary test to check whether the safety strength meets the safety standard, and finally do the performance standard test and life test
For operators, should Check spindle hole for damage. Do not use cutting wheels with a damaged spindle hole. And Grinding wheels must be inspected like that it is not cracked, chipped, or uneven before they are mounted to use.
2.Does Abrasive Wheel Have an Expiration Date?
Resin-bonded abrasive wheels should be used within three years from the date of manufacture. This assumes you’ve stored the wheels according to the manufacturer’s recommendations. While it may be possible to use resin-bonded wheels after the three years mark when they are stored properly, you should always examine the wheels's appearance situation. Consider having older wheels inspected or speed-tested to determine if any degradation is present.
To prolong expiration date, store wheels in a dry, protected area free from extreme variations in temperature and far away from solvents. Establish a storage system that encourages you to use your oldest wheels first. And suggest not leave a wheel attached to a tool overnight.
3.How do you implement quality control for abrasive products?
We treat quality as our lifeblood, and have established a quality information traceability system for the whole manufacturing process, from the inspection of raw materials to the delivery of finished products.
A.well-equipped raw material laboratory to test all incoming raw materials as the first step of our quality control process.
B.Each production machine is attended by a professional to test the semi-finished products.
C.After the products are hardened, physical and performance tests are carried out on samples at a certain ratio. For all orders, samples are retained and test records are filed, allowing each batch of contracts to be made retrievable.
D.Each product is visually inspected prior to packaging to achieve zero-defect packaging and storage
In addition, We use test workpieces imported from the European market to ensure compliance with customer standards.
